Warranty -

Materials and workmanship to our specifications for a period of one year. We will repair/replace any defects in the materials and workmanship discovered within the warranty period. This does not include any problems due to shrinking, swelling or sagging, building settling or movement, weather or people abuse or misuse, caulk or finish failure, rot or improper maintenance.
